/ Asahi/May 23, 2022Guangzhou -- Hitachi Elevator and Dongsheng Technology Park cooperated again in May to provide 145 sets of escalator products, services and overall building transportation solutions for the second phase of the project, covering multi-ladder types such as passenger ladder, non-machine room freight elevator, sightseeing elevator, escalator and intelligent building security system.
Dongsheng Science Park is a demonstration park introducing the concept of advanced science park in Zhongguancun, Beijing. The total planned construction area is about 1.2 million square meters. The first phase of the park was opened in May 2009. Fifteen garden-style, low-density single-family buildings in academic style constitute a domestic first-class ecological comprehensive park integrating headquarters base, high-tech industry research and development base, accelerator and enterprise incubation base, high-tech achievements exhibition and related supporting services.
Hitachi Elevators provided 41 elevator products, services and building transportation solutions for the first phase of the Dongsheng Science Park Project. Among them, the delivery robot in the park connects with Hitachi elevator signal communication, realizing the robot's contactless intelligent delivery service in commercial and office areas, which can directly deliver express, takeout and documents to users on each floor.
The second phase of the Dongsheng Science Park project, with a total construction area of 730,000 square meters, includes scientific research office buildings, international five-star hotels, cultural entertainment, commercial services, education, medical care, catering and other facilities, which is listed in the "3 100" key projects of Beijing in 2020. After completion, it will become a world window of China's innovation frontier, a gathering place for scientists at home and abroad, and a global service platform for scientific research and development and achievement transformation.
In the elevator configuration of the second phase of the project, the special interface for robot riding ladder is also reserved, which is combined with Hitachi building intelligent security system, laying the foundation for the realization of electronic, digital and intelligent after the completion of the project. At present, the four individual projects in the second phase of the project have all been capped.
