Since its establishment in 2015, the Badminton competition has been held for five consecutive times. Aiming at high standards and high requirements, and aiming at creating a highly influential, branded and large-scale national fitness badminton tournament in China, the competition system of 2 mixed doubles and 1 men's doubles is used to engender greater flexibility, and is constantly upgraded, improved and more interesting. Attracting more attention and participation of badminton fans, the influence and spread of the breadth are very considerable, has become a representative sports event attracting the attention of the whole people.
The popularity of the badminton competition has benefited from the opportunity of the national fitness era. The competition has provided a platform for amateur badminton fans across the country to show and compete. With the development of The Times, people's consumption upgrading has promoted the growth of intelligent gene in the sports industry, from online competition registration, event information release and acquisition, to timing and scoring on the court. (I) Competition time: October 31- November 1, 2020
(II) Registration time: from now to October 22
(III) Venue: West Center of Hangzhou, Zhejiang
Detailed event regulations
I. Organization and Competition Description:
(I) Sponsor: Tianxingjian Project Team, General Administration of Sport
(II) Organizer: Hangzhou Dynamshare Internet Technology Co., LTD
Ii. Qualification for Competition:
(1) Male or female above the age of 16 (i.e., born before December 31, 2004, including December 31), in good health with no history of heart disease, hypertension, etc. (a health certificate shall be provided at the time of registration).
(2) Professional athletes (professional athletes refer to athletes who have registered with the State General Administration of Sport or the former State Sports Commission, athletes who have participated in international or national professional team competitions on behalf of various provinces or municipalities, active professional team athletes and athletes in training at various sports schools) are not allowed to register for the competition.
(3) All registered players (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) are regarded as professional players.
(4) Each athlete can only represent one team in the competition, and not both events.
Iii. Competition Content:
(1) The 6-player mixed team competition shall be adopted, including the first mixed doubles, men's doubles and the second mixed doubles.
(2) Each team can have 1 leader and 1 coach. The minimum number of registered players is 6 (4 male and 2 female), the maximum number of registered players is 8, the maximum number of substitutes is 2 and at least 2 female athletes are allowed.
(III) Competition Rules: The latest Badminton Competition Rules approved by the China Badminton Association and the latest rules published by the Badminton Federation of the World shall be adopted.
(d) The group cycle shall be adopted in the first stage (the number of groups shall be determined according to the registration teams). The second stage of the competition out of the competition (admission will be determined according to the team).
(v) Competition Methods: 1. Before the start of each round, each team leader shall, according to the regulations of the Organizing Committee, get and fill in the competition appearance list from the referee team. The appearance list must include all the people who have registered for the competition. 2. Order of appearance: The first match: Mixed doubles; Game 2: Men's doubles; The third match: Mixed doubles; Each stage of the game adopts the best-of-three system, the first two wins the winner. 3. Scoring method: Each stage of the finals adopts the 21-point scoring system for each ball. One game is decided, 11 points are exchanged for the court area, and 21 points are capped. 4. In group round-robin matches, if the team points are the same, the number of net difference games and the score of net wins in the group shall be calculated in turn.
(VI) All participating teams shall comply with the competition regulations and other supplementary regulations of the Organizing Committee, and obey the judgment of the referee. Violators will be warned, fined, and even disqualified from the competition.
(VII) Waiver: In the course of a match, those who cannot continue the match within 5 minutes due to injury or other reasons shall be considered as waiver of the match. If an athlete is late for 5 minutes in a match, he/she shall forfeit the match. If more than one athlete is late, which leads to the failure of this round, the team shall forfeit the match.
(8) Strike: The athlete who can't start or stop the match for any reason, or refuses to appear before the match, or refuses to accept the award as arranged by the Organizing committee after the match, etc. for more than 5 minutes (the time is counted after persuasion) shall be deemed as strike. In case of strike, the Organizing committee has the right to impose punishment according to relevant regulations.
(9) The chief referee has the right to adjust the order of the match according to the course of the match.
(10) The rackets and other game supplies shall be provided by the team members themselves, and the game balls and insurance shall be provided by the Organizing Committee.
(11) All contestants who successfully register shall be deemed to have agreed to sign the Disclaimer Clause.
Iv. Registration Instructions:
(I) This competition only accepts the registration submitted on the APP of the Game sharing website within the specified time, and no form of registration will be accepted after the registration.
(2) The team must ensure that the information (including data and photos) entered on the APP is true and effective. If there is any false information, the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel the qualification of the team after verification.
V. Others:
(1) The registered team members must bring the second-generation ID card (passport for overseas personnel) for inspection at any time.
(2) If the participant violates the rules by cheating and concealing the training history, the organizing Committee has the right to disqualify the team and award the team, and reserve the right to pursue legal action against the participant who causes confusion and loss.
(3) The athletes should obey the referee during the competition. Any objection can be reported to the chief referee through the referee. The referee's decision is final. If there is any objection to the decision of the chief judge, he may appeal to the arbitration Commission.
(4) In order to ensure a good atmosphere for the competition and ensure the smooth progress of the competition, the organizing Committee shall have the right to give penalties such as disqualification and result of the competition to the participating teams and athletes who have faked, made trouble without reason, delayed the competition, interfered with the competition or boycotts in accordance with relevant regulations. If the match is suspended for more than 5 minutes for any reason (calculated after persuasion through mediation), it will be treated as strike and the qualification of the match will be cancelled.
Vi. For matters not covered herein, the APP and wechat official account of Actishare Smart Sports will issue supplementary notices.
Vii. All successful entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to sign the disclaimer clause of this Competition, Disclaimer Clause.
Viii. The right of final interpretation of this regulation belongs to Hangzhou Dynamshare Internet Technology Co., LTD.
