The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will fully support Qingdao in setting up the "Belt and Road" SME Cooperation Zone, give full play to Qingdao's comprehensive advantages, and strive to build the zone into a highland of opening and cooperation between Chinese and foreign smes, so as to help Qingdao smes achieve high-quality development and form a new development pattern of mutual promotion of domestic and international double cycles.
