The 6th Singapore International Arts Festival and the 2nd Singapore-China Youth Chinese New Year Gala hosted by the Organising Committee of Tang Yun Ka Hua International Arts Festival (hereinafter referred to as "Tang Yun Ka Hua") was successfully concluded in Singapore. Singaporean Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat and Counselor Que Xiaohua from the Chinese Embassy in Singapore attended the event and had a cordial meeting with Singaporean and Chinese musicians. This event continues the mission of Tang Yun Ka Wah to hold an international arts festival in Singapore since 2014, and further promotes the friendship between the youth and people of Singapore and China in a larger scope and on the basis of the successful non-profit "First Singapore-China Youth Spring Festival Gala" held in 2018. The event includes several main contents, such as Singapore-China art salon, inter-school research, international competition, and Chinese New Year Gala. Hundreds of participants from the two countries communicate with each other, exchange what they need, and establish friendship in different activities. Among them, the Chinese New Year Gala aims to promote the friendship between the people of China and Singapore and spread Chinese art and culture. Two public welfare performances were held on January 30 and February 1 respectively.

Among the 22 teams participating in the Spring Festival gala, the Singapore Children's Philharmonic Orchestra's ensemble; Chinese piano players and young piano performers and various instrumental music performances with Chinese characteristics; Children's dance, modern dance and dance with Southeast Asian ethnic characteristics; The clear singing of the children and the enthusiastic singing of the young singers; The exciting drum music, percussion and other programs together provided a rich and wonderful performance for all the audience.
