On January 13, 2019, the annual award ceremony of "Jack Ma Award for Rural Teachers" was held at the Westin Lanwan Hotel, Sanya. On the evening of January 13th, 2018 "Jack Ma Village Principal Program Award Ceremony" kicked off with much expectation. At the ceremony, Mr. Chen Huxiong, president of Chenguang Stationery, together with Jack Ma, Jet Li, Gao Xiaosong, Wang Han and other well-known figures who are keen on public welfare, presented awards to 101 award-winning rural teachers.

As a member of public welfare education, Chenguang Rainbow Charity actively participates in various public welfare activities, donating money and goods to rural teachers and students, and carrying out art education courses. In 2018, in cooperation with the Jack Ma Foundation, more than 4,000 golden seed stationery gift packs were donated to rural students in Zhouzhi of Shaanxi Province and Nujiang of Yunnan Province. It is hoped that students and teachers can feel the warmth of society through the kindness of companies.
At noon on January 14, Jack Ma organized a lunch meeting for rural education, focusing on the exploration and practice of Jack Ma Rural Boarding School Plan 2018 and case presentation. Nearly 100 well-known entrepreneurs, public welfare organizations, education departments and universities, including President Chen Huxiong, were invited to attend and participate in the on-site discussion. At the meeting, Ma proposed that entrepreneurs cooperate with the government to make contributions to their hometown and fulfill their social responsibilities in the best and most useful era. The Ma Foundation is responsible for the standards, supervision and implementation, and reports to the public every year.

Chen Huxiong, president of Chenguang Stationery, said after the meeting that in terms of investment in the construction of China's rural education, Chenguang Stationery is closely related to education, and has the ability and obligation to create a beautiful learning scene for the majority of students. In the past year, Chenguang participated in a number of public welfare activities such as the 2017 "Jack Ma Award for Rural Teachers" Award ceremony and Alibaba XIN Public Welfare Conference.
