The comprehensive management platform connects the video private network, Internet, e-government external network and public security internal network of Nanjing Public Security Bureau Traffic Bureau. Through the construction of seven modules, it realizes the centralized collection, analysis, judgment and accurate management of urban road conditions, events, basic information and other data:
Visualization of road condition analysis: Through the construction of a large visual screen, the statistical display of key roads, congestion, operation index and monitoring signals and other basic equipment is carried out to provide users with more intuitive analysis;
Active command and dispatch: Through the construction of command and dispatch, the passive command is transformed into active discovery command by means of timely monitoring, police dispatch, operation index and access to Autonavi events with a purpose.
Operation status visualization: Through operation index construction, comprehensive research, judgment and analysis of road traffic situation can be carried out to realize accurate control of urban road traffic operating status and assist traffic police to improve the efficiency of daily control work.
Tagging of vehicle management: Through vehicle research and construction, the vehicle information, illegal information, accident information and other information on the "Six in One" platform can be connected to carry out tagging management of vehicles, which can not only quickly identify the characteristics of a single motor vehicle based on the "tag", but also make an overall summary of all vehicles.
Precision of law enforcement services: the comprehensive road research and judgment function is used to conduct research and judgment analysis on a large number of collected data and extract the law characteristics of the data, so as to achieve comprehensive prevention and control and efficient law enforcement effect;
Data catalog standardization: Through the construction of data catalog, the operation of the collection terminal can be automatically monitored, including the classification and summary of the collected data, daily increment, etc. At present, the accessed data covers 38 items of data in 16 categories, such as public security network, video network, government affairs network, Internet, etc., forming experience and norms of big data business development. Meanwhile, the flow and sharing of system information are recorded in logs.
Intelligent equipment maintenance: Through the construction of equipment and facilities, the basic map (including digital road network), equipment, key areas and other information can be maintained and managed.
Since the platform was put into trial use in July 2018, it has been widely used by Nanjing Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Bureau to carry out road congestion situation analysis, road congestion analysis and brigade work supervision. One to eight brigades under the traffic Management Bureau use the command and dispatch, operation index and other functions to conduct traffic diversion, police control, police work track and ticket information inquiry.
