On August 8, 2018, the NADA Study Tour Summary Meeting of Kaida School and the Seminar on Exploring Innovative Business Model of Kaida School, sponsored by China Automobile Distributors Association, undertaken by Ningbo Baochen Group and co-organized by CCCIS, was successfully held in Ningbo Baochen Group headquarters. More than 40 people from China Automobile Dealers Association, Top 100 automobile dealer groups in China, leaders of large property and insurance companies, CCCIS China management team and media journalists attended the meeting.
Under the guidance of the policy of separating sales and after-sales of automobile dealers in the Automobile Sales Administration Measures, Chinese dealer groups have started the pace of after-sales transformation. As the main after-sale business, accident vehicle maintenance is facing the market-oriented process of deepening the reform of insurance company. The reform of auto insurance business model and the construction of new cooperative relations will bring new development opportunities to auto dealer groups.
In March this year, Kaida School and CCCIS jointly organized a study tour in the United States for DRP cooperation model of accident vehicles. After that, we shared the essence and wonderful of this tour to the participants, and led the guests to visit Ningbo Baochen Group, the top 100 dealers that first conducted DRP cooperation with CCCIS in China. Visited the successful trials of dealers' after-sale transformation and new cooperation models of insurance companies, and discussed the road of dealers' after-sale transformation together.
The meeting was opened in the welcome speech by Wang Jianjun, Chairman of Baochen Group. Wang introduced the operation and management philosophy of Baochen Group and the operation status of DRP project jointly promoted by CCCIS, saying that Baochen Group will always stay at the forefront of service upgrading and contribute to the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
Mr. Song Tao, deputy secretary general of China Automobile Distributors Association, then briefly introduced the history and mission of China Automobile Distributors Association and expressed his concern for Ningbo automobile industry, especially his recognition of Couchen Group and his affirmation of the DRP service model that CCCIS and Couchen are jointly launching. In addition, Mr. Song also released the auto insurance business data of Top 100 dealer groups for the first time.
Ms. Wang Bingyao, deputy secretary general of the Board of Kaeda School, introduced the key points of the dealer group visit and led the guests to review the visit process one by one.
Mr. Yang Fei, an expert from China Automobile Dealers Association, shared the essence, summary and thinking of the American auto aftermarket study tour with the leaders of various insurance companies and auto dealer groups present, including the comparison of auto aftermarket formats between China and the United States. How to establish win-win cooperation between American insurance companies and maintenance partners, development analysis of several famous American accident car repair chain enterprises, and the infrastructure for the development of American automobile aftermarket industry -- the DRP accident car business management platform jointly built by CCCIS and other industry parties.
At the same time, Mr. Yang Fei analyzed the demands and directions of automobile dealers and insurance companies under the new situation from various angles, how insurance companies can complete their own business model transformation through comprehensive reform and seek high-quality maintenance resources, and summarized the core competitiveness of Chinese automobile dealers, the opportunities of strategic transformation and the opportunities of seeking a breakthrough. And finally how to combine the DRP model advocated by CCCIS to achieve competitive positioning and win-win cooperation path.
Then Mr. Wang Anping, assistant president of Baochen Group, took Baochen Group as an example to share the current operating results of DRP project jointly implemented with CCCIS, and shared the critical path and periodic data review of DRP trial operation with three domestic insurance companies. During the period, by sharing the actual situation in the trial operation process, the guests were shown the new opportunities for mutual benefit and common development of cooperation with insurance companies, which brought important enlightenment for the distributor group to take the pace of after-sales transformation.
On the topic of how to improve the management and control level of the group's accident vehicle business, Mr. Liu Siyun, director of automotive aftermarket business of CCCIS, focused on the KPI evaluation system of DRP, analyzed the maintenance ability level and direction to be improved in the pilot period of Ningbo Baochen cooperation, and made real-time data display with nearly 100 dynamic KPI management tools from the system management index. At the same time, the CCCIS business Intelligence analysis (BI) system is constructed from the perspectives of prior guidance, in-process management and control, and post-evaluation, so as to provide the maximum help for automobile dealer groups to control and improve the business ability of individual stores.
Mr. Zeng Yi, deputy general manager of China Pacific Property Insurance, introduced in detail the customer service improvement plan of China Pacific Insurance, affirmed the exploration of the DRP model of Baochen Group, and made it clear that it would gradually deepen the cooperation with the world's first-class insurance technology companies, and promote the implementation of the "good repair" service model of China Pacific Insurance. General Manager Zeng especially pointed out that DRP cooperation mode is an important part of the implementation of the good repair project of Pacific Insurance Company. Meanwhile, General Manager Zeng also expressed the positive attitude and confidence of the new cooperation with the dealer group in the future.
In the end, the participants actively interacted with each other. Mr. Hou Que, senior Vice President of CCCIS Group and general Manager of China Region, said that CCCIS, through the transparent data of DRP, the system with strong control and scientific methodology, will not only further strengthen the cooperation and trust between insurance and auto repair, but also provide scientific and technological empowerment for all parties in the automotive aftermarket ecology. In addition, we will fully support the transformation of automobile dealer group's after-sales business and the important ecological construction and strategic implementation of insurance companies.
