At present, China has thousands of national and provincial industrial parks, and a larger number of prefecture-level and district-level industrial parks and characteristic towns, which are highly competitive in repetitive construction and homogenization. In this case, the operation ability of the park becomes the key to good management. The innovative development of the park should take the industrial development of the city as its own responsibility; 2. The industry in the park should adhere to the industrial positioning, do something but not do something, and develop towards a high threshold; 3. Industrial parks should develop towards urbanization to meet the living needs of talents in the parks; 4. Industrial parks should attract investment to attract wisdom; 5. The public service platform of industrial parks should be innovated and developed.
