On April 14, 2017, the Wanai Mountaineering team began to climb Qomolangma for 7 days. Today, they will climb the traditional route from the south slope of Qomolangma to the Lobuche-Gorak shep- Qomolangma base camp. To climb from the Nepalese side of the mountain, you need to hike from Lukla, Nepal to Everest base Camp.

After seven days of EBC hiking, how did the team adapt to the high altitude?
Who did you meet along the way? What kind of scenery did you see?
4.7 EBC-D1 Kathmandu -Lukla-Phakding
Early in the morning, the team flew directly from Kathmandu to Lukla(Lukla) in Nepal by a small plane with only a dozen positions. It is said that Lukla Airport is known as the dangerous airport in the world. It is very exciting to slow down and help the plane fly by relying on a slope of more than 30 degrees. After a short break from lunch, hike to Phakding.
4.8 EBC-D2 Phakding-Namche Bazar
The team set off from Phakding at 8am and walked for more than eight hours to reach Namche Bazar(Namchi Market) at 3,440 meters above sea level, gaining 800 meters in altitude today. Namche Bazar is a beautiful town, surrounded by mountains on three sides and surrounded by snow mountains in the distance. Seeing such a beautiful scene, the fatigue of the team's journey suddenly disappeared.

4.9 EBC-D3 Namche Bazar Rest
The Huannai team had an easier day today, training around the beautiful town of Namche Bazar at 3,440 meters above sea level to prepare for the higher altitude rise in the coming days. Everyone was deeply impressed with the beauty and culture around. On the viewing platform, everyone finally got a glimpse of the face of Mount Qomolangma.

4.10 EBC-D4 Namche Bazar-Tengboche
After a seven-hour hike from Namche Bazar (3,440 meters above sea level) to Tengboche(3,860 meters above sea level), the scenery along the way is still as beautiful as painting, and the "climbing spirit" of Huanai home is now surrounded by the holy light of Mount Everest.
4.11 EBC-D5 Tengboche-Dingboche
On the way to Qomolangma, the allure of the snowy mountain unfolds little by little, and the sacred beauty offsets the fatigue of the hike and the physical discomfort of the high altitude. After an eight-hour hike, the team reached Dingboche at 4,200 meters today from Tengboche at 3,860 meters.
4.12 EBC-D6 Dingboche Fix
The entire team climbed more than 300 meters during adaptive training at Dingboche, 4,200 meters above sea level. After training, people return to the lower ground for rest and physical recovery, which is a good way to acclimate to high altitude. On the way, the Lobuche Peak to be climbed is clearly visible, and the team members enjoy the magnificent scenery as they feel the physical reaction of rising altitude.
4.13 EBC-D7 Dingboche-Lobuche
Today, the team from Dingboche arrived at Lobuche, climbing to a new height of 4,910 meters. The scenery along the way is more spectacular.
After seven days of EBC hiking, the Wanai Mountaineering team will reach their destination today: LOBUCHE Everest base Camp. In the next two days, the Huannai mountaineering team will climb a 6,119m-high mountain, Lobuche Peak, for an adaptation training before climbing Qomolangma.
