On November 4th, in the golden autumn season of harvest, the long-planned "First General meeting and founding meeting of Guangdong Home Care Service Association" was successfully held in Guangzhou. Rao Meiyi, deputy Director of the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province, Li Yuan, deputy general manager of China Telecom Guangdong Branch, Fang Yansong, Director of the Aging Office of Guangdong Province, Xu Zuping, Deputy director of the Social Organization Administration of Guangdong Province, Nie Yuansong, director of the Social Welfare Department of the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province and other leaders attended the conference.
Guangdong Home Care Service Association is a provincial non-profit organization initiated and established by Guangdong Branch of China Telecom Co., LTD., under the guidance of Guangdong Department of Civil Affairs and Guangdong Branch, in accordance with the requirements of "Guangdong Province Home Care Information Service Platform Construction and Operation Cooperation Framework Agreement" signed by Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and China Telecom Guangdong Branch.
The association will adhere to the service tenet of "Innovative connected home service • Practice Guangdong Health Care", rely on Guangdong home care information service platform and high-quality resources provided by member units, use the concept of "Internet + smart care", and adopt the O2O service mode. Through service channels such as 12349 service hotline, YouyouLekang service portal, wechat public account, professional APP, TV channel (IPTV) and smart hardware terminal, we will innovate the smart elderly care ecology and help the development of industrial alliance. To provide efficient, convenient and high-quality home care services for the elderly, such as housekeeping, living care, meal assistance, rehabilitation nursing, medical care, spiritual solace, cultural entertainment, safety assistance and so on.
A total of 120 representatives from 60 (prospective) member organizations and experts from the home-based care service industry in the province attended the meeting. The meeting deliberated and approved the association's constitution, membership fee standard and internal management system, and elected the president, executive vice president, vice president, secretary general, council members, supervisors and other members.
Rao Meiyi, deputy director of the Civil Affairs Department of Guangdong Province, and Xu Zuping, deputy director of the Social Organization Administration Bureau of Guangdong Province respectively delivered speeches at the conference, and put forward the requirements of running the association according to law, implementing the purpose of the association and providing good member services. At the same time, Rao also pointed out that the establishment of the association will have an important and far-reaching impact on the province's home care services. The following work shall be done after the establishment of the association:
1. The aggregation role of the association should be given full play: the association should vigorously publicize the government's policies on home-based care services, gather the professionals with common causes, attract them with an open and inclusive mind, and repay them with meticulous and thoughtful services, so as to make the association a propaganda platform for the government and a beautiful home for home-based care service practitioners.
2. Promote the innovative development of home-based care services: home-based care services are still in the initial stage. It is hoped that the Association will strengthen investigation and research, take the needs of the elderly as the guidance, actively explore new models, new methods and new ways of home-based care services, provide more opinions and suggestions for government decision-making, and jointly build a new pattern of home-based care services with Guangdong characteristics.
3. We should actively promote the implementation of the home-based care service platform: we hope that the association can gather the consensus of the industry, jointly build and improve the home-based care information service platform in our province, jointly promote the use of the home-based care information service platform, so that the service platform can play a role as soon as possible and provide more diversified and personalized home-based care services for the elderly.
It is believed that with the joint efforts of governments at all levels and member units, the association will be able to build a home care service system and service brand with Guangdong characteristics, and become the most influential service platform for the resource integration of the elderly care industry.
