On May 7, 2016 Longguang Real Estate Partner Conference was held in Shenzhen. As a strategic partner of elevators, Hitachi Elevator was invited to attend the conference and won the title of "Excellent Partner" of Longguang Real Estate in 2015.
Founded in 1996, Longguang Real Estate has been listed in China's top 100 real estate companies for 6 consecutive years and ranked 32nd in 2016. It is one of the real estate enterprises with the strongest comprehensive strength in China. As early as 2004, Hitachi Elevator started cooperation with Longguang Group in the "Sunshine Coast" large residential project in Shantou, thus officially opening a chapter of good cooperation between the two sides.
