Dr Yeung has won the annual award every year since 2009, and for eight consecutive years in 2016. Following the construction of the "Yang Shoucheng (Changli, China) Guan Ai Senior Center" in Changli County, Hebei Province, which was put into operation in the second quarter of this year; With the continued efforts of the Young Charity Foundation, the eighth and ninth Elderly Service centres in Yongfu and Fusui counties in Guangxi will be completed and commissioned by the end of this year to benefit more elderly people in need.

This year's "China Charity List" awards ceremony was held at Yanqi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing. Among the winners were business leaders, entertainers and pressmakers, including Ismayi Amat, Vice Chairman of the 10th National People's Congress Standing Committee. The China Charity List has been compiled and published annually by the Charity Times since 2004, with the aim of seeking the power of role models and promoting the modern spirit of philanthropy.
