/PRZWT/ Recently, Shanghai Airlines released a brand new promotional video. Through a "visual feast" approach, it comprehensively presented Shanghai Airlines' development positioning of "full-service, regional, and distinctive", and conveyed the warm core message of "Fly with Shanghai Airlines and you'll reach home", which has attracted widespread attention. 

The promotional video starts from the perspectives of different passengers, showcasing diverse cabin details and services to meet passengers' expectations for different cloud experiences. From the meticulous seating guidance and luggage placement assistance during boarding to the friendly Mandarin greetings after seating, as well as the integration of in-flight catering and Shanghai-style cultural elements, and the small surprises like "in-flight birthday celebrations", all these demonstrate the "four excellences" (meticulous, precise, exquisite, and fine) and "two micros" (showing true feelings through smiles, and revealing true hearts through details) service philosophy of Shanghai Airlines, providing passengers with a "comfortable and reassuring" travel experience like being at home. 

At the end of the promotional video, the camera shifts its focus from the confined warmth of the cabin to the vast global routes, presenting Shanghai Airlines' radiation-type route network structure with Shanghai as its main operating base. 

It is reported that currently, Shanghai Airlines' fleet has reached 88 aircraft. Its route network covers over 80 cities both domestically and internationally, with an annual passenger capacity of over 15.5 million. It has become an important "airborne business card" for showcasing Shanghai's city image. 

Since embarking on its journey in 1985 with the mission of "serving Shanghai and reaching out to the world", Shanghai Airlines has closely followed the development trajectory of China's civil aviation industry and the prosperity of Shanghai city. From the arduous start with just 5 old Boeing 707 aircraft, to pioneering the "smile service" in the industry, recruiting "air hostesses" to lead social trends, and successfully fulfilling the historical mission of direct cross-strait flights, to integrating into the China Eastern Airlines family in 2009 and initiating a new chapter of coordinated development...
