At the booth of Tsinghua University at this year's Hi-Tech Fair, Zhi Ting Hearing AIDS showcased its RIC2.0 and 3.0 products as well as innovative hearing solutions, highlighting the breakthrough achievements of domestic hearing AIDS in chip research and development, scene adaptation and supply chain management.

Technological breakthrough: Domestic 6-nanometer chips break international monopoly
Against the backdrop of the long-term monopoly of high-end hearing aid chips by foreign manufacturers, the award-winning project of Zhiting Hearing AIDS - the RIC3.0 Pro product equipped with a 6nm professional hearing aid chip independently developed by a team from Tsinghua University - has successfully achieved a technological breakthrough for domestic hearing AIDS. This chip has a computing power three times that of mainstream imported products. Combined with 72-channel digital processing technology, it can complete noise suppression and voice enhancement within 7 milliseconds, accurately restoring the details of high-frequency sounds.
This chip, through the AI noise reduction algorithm jointly optimized with Tencent's Tianlai Lab, is deeply adapted to the high-frequency living scenarios of Chinese elderly people, such as parks and markets, truly achieving "dynamic noise reduction without speech loss".
Innovative design: A user-centered product concept
The Zhiteng RIC3.0 Pro not only leads in core technology but also fully considers the actual operational pain points of elderly users in its product design. The product innovation introduces the voice assistant "Xiaoting", which supports natural language command to adjust the volume mode, solving the problem of elderly users' difficulty in operating complex electronic devices. Meanwhile, this product has also been upgraded to IP68 water and dust resistance, receiver drop resistance, magnetic anti-loss design, and a 33% increase in battery life. These thoughtful designs have greatly enhanced the practicality and convenience of the product.
In 2024, the RIC3.0 Pro was awarded the German Red Dot Award certification for its outstanding design and user experience, and its quality has been highly recognized internationally.
Full-chain strength: An ecological closed loop from chips to services
At this Hi-Tech Fair, Zhiting hearing AIDS showcased not only a single product but also a complete set of perfect hearing health solutions. The company has established a fully independent industrial chain covering "R&D - production - service", laying a solid foundation for its leading position in the industry. At the level of industry-university-research collaboration, Zhiting, with Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, and the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences at its core, has formed a technological closed loop covering chip design, algorithm development, and complete machine manufacturing. In terms of production, our own GMP factory has passed the registration of Class II medical devices in China and the FDA certification in the United States. We use GF+ precision molds and Sumitomo Precision injection molding, with an annual production capacity of over 100,000 units and a yield rate of 99.8%.
On the server side, Zhiting has offline flagship stores covering core business districts such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Jinan. It has also cooperated with chain institutions like JD Pharmacy and Shuyu Minpin to launch a full-scenario service of "in-store testing + nurse's home visit + remote fitting".

The cooperation achievements between the team of Academician Han Demin, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the head of the National Technical Guidance Group for Preventing and Treating Deafness, and Zhiting Hearing AIDS have attracted much attention. The 14th Five-Year Plan special project jointly approved by both sides is dedicated to solving key technical problems in the field of hearing health and promoting the in-depth integration of industry, academia and research.
