Ma Deling, the principal of Chaoyang Kevin School, pointed out that "T-shaped talents" refer to deep professional knowledge in a certain field (the vertical that takes root downward), and have multi-disciplinary and extensive knowledge and cross-border collaboration ability (one horizontal and one upward), which is a kind of compound talents.
Wish is the core engine of this horizontal and vertical. It is not only the concentration and original intention that can withstand loneliness when rooted downward, but also the pattern and responsibility that link each other when symbiotic upward.
In short, Wish Power gave T-type talents a "soul", transforming knowledge into a lasting force for creating real value and symbiosis with the system. At the same time, Chaoyang Kevin specially launched the "Warmth Under the Wings - Demeanor and Temperament Development Program".
