/PRZWT/Chongqing, July 17, 2024 - On July 11, the top event in the field of new energy commercial vehicles, the "2024 EC-PAC National New Energy Commercial Vehicle Performance Evaluation Competition", came to a successful conclusion in Chongqing. The new energy representative models of 23 mainstream automakers, including Ankai Bus, competed on the same stage and competed against each other, fully demonstrating the top level of new energy commercial vehicles in our country.
Ankai participated in the competition with 6-meter pure electric E6 and 8-meter pure electric E9 buses, of which E9 stood out and won the "Energy Saving Award"; E6 performed exceptionally well, winning three awards in one fell swoop: "All-round Award", "Energy Saving Award" and "Continued Driving Award".
This time, the two participating products of Ankai Bus successfully completed various rigorous testing challenges, winning a total of four awards, winning awards, ranking first in the industry, leading the participating companies in the medal table, fully demonstrating the strong strength of Ankai New Energy Bus.

The "EB-PAC National New Energy Bus Performance Evaluation Competition" has been held for 4 years and continues to lead the industry's progress and technological breakthroughs.
This year's evaluation competition is jointly organized by the Ministry of Transport Science Research Institute, the Bus Branch of the China Highway Society, the Urban Passenger Transport Branch of the China Road Transport Association, the Western (Chongqing) Science City Management Committee, and the China Merchants Group Testing Vehicle Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. There are three individual winners in energy saving, continuous driving, and power, as well as an all-round award.
This year, the competition system has been fully upgraded, and the participating models have been expanded from the bus field to the commercial vehicle field. Combined with the application scenarios of new energy commercial vehicles, comprehensive evaluations have been conducted on the energy consumption, driving range, power, comfort, braking, safety and human-machine interaction of vehicles, aiming to demonstrate the latest technical application results of new energy commercial vehicles and promote the double improvement of new energy vehicle technology and quality.
In addition, this year's evaluation competition also adds subjective evaluation items for driver groups on the basis of the original evaluation items such as power consumption, driving range, acceleration time, low-frequency magnetic field emission intensity, and wading safety. Subjective evaluation is carried out on steering, braking, air conditioning, etc., and more attention is paid to the passenger comfort experience in dealing with different road conditions.
After comprehensive evaluation in all aspects, Ankai Bus finally stood out with its excellent comprehensive strength and won four awards. In particular, Ankai E6 took the lead in the total score, sweeping all awards in the 5.8 to 6.89-meter group, leading the green travel and setting the industry benchmark.

In 2023, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in our country were 9.587 million and 9.495 million, respectively, an increase of 35.8% and 37.9% year-on-year respectively, and the market share reached 31.6%.
