On March 30, the launch ceremony of Haima's hydrogen fuel cell demonstration operation was held in Haikou. This also marks the basic completion of the demonstration project of zero carbon emission vehicle ecosystem in Hainan Free Trade Port built by Haima Motors. Haima Motors strives to invest a total of 200 units to achieve full-scene demonstration operation by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", build an island-wide transportation trunk fuel cell vehicle operation system, and help Hainan transportation take the lead in entering the "hydrogen energy era".
Haima hydrogen fuel cell vehicle starts demonstration operation
At the ceremony, 20 brand-new hippocampus hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, 7X-H, were arranged in an orderly manner, shining eyes. Among them, 10 have just returned from serving the Boao Forum for Asia, and have been well received by the conference team and domestic and foreign guests.
From the appearance, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are not much different from ordinary cars. But it uses hydrogen as energy, generates water through the chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, and generates electricity to drive the car, truly achieving zero emissions.
Lu Guogang, general manager of Hainan Haima Automobile, introduced that the Haima 7X (Parameters Shu Picture) -H launched in this demonstration operation is the first hydrogen fuel cell vehicle product jointly built by Haima Automobile and Toyota Motor. It is equipped with a Toyota stack system and a 70MPa high-pressure hydrogen storage tank. Compared with pure electric vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have the advantages of long cruising range, fast energy replenishment, good low temperature performance, and complete recycling. It is an important breakthrough point for the transportation sector to achieve the goal of "double carbon". The Haima 7X-H takes only 3 to 5 minutes to fill up with hydrogen at a time, and the cruising range can reach 800 kilometers. The hydrogen consumption for 100 kilometers is as low as 0.87kg. It can be used normally in a cold environment of minus 30 ° C. The service life of the stack is up to 30,000 hours. The relevant technical indicators are at the international leading level.
In this demonstration operation, a total of 25 units of Haima 7X-H25 were invested, all of which were owned and operated by Hainan Haima Sales Company. Among them, 20 units took the lead in providing online travel services in Haikou City. They will shuttle to urban areas, airports, high-speed rail stations, docks and tourist highways around the island, bringing a green, convenient and comfortable travel experience to citizens and tourists. Another 5 units will be used in official leasing, conference reception, reservation experience and public science popularization.
"We will make full use of the Haima Green Electric Hydrogen Production and High Voltage Hydrogen Refueling Integrated Station and the hydrogen refueling stations already built by China National Petroleum Corporation and Sinopec Group to provide vehicle hydrogen refueling services." Lu Guogang introduced that the Haima Hydrogen Production and Hydrogen Refueling Integrated Station will provide preferential service prices as low as 16 yuan/kg for this demonstration operation, which is equivalent to less than 0.2 yuan per kilometer.
Lu Guogang expressed the hope that through demonstration operation, the basic links of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle business operations will be opened up, and the formation and development of upstream and downstream industries will be stimulated, including the commercialization of the hydrogen industry, the island-wide layout of hydrogen refueling stations, and the application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in multiple scenarios. This will popularize the public's understanding of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and the hydrogen energy industry, create conditions for the next step to explore more differentiated business operations models, reduce the cost of hydrogen production and hydrogen refueling, and improve the policy environment.

Haima Motors Helps Hainan Build "Hydrogen Island, Hydrogen Economy, Hydrogen Society"
From the perspective of the transformation of the automobile industry, the "electrification" in the first half has been basically completed, the "zero carbonization", "digital intelligence" and "internationalization" in the second half have just begun, and the hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the national new energy vehicle "three vertical and three horizontal" layout have just started. Coupled with Hainan's resource endowment and geographical advantages for the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and the unique advantages of the free trade port policy, the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in Hainan is promising.
Haima Motor has been investing in the research and development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles since 2013. It is one of the earliest vehicle enterprises in China to carry out the research and development of hydrogen fuel cell passenger vehicles. At present, Haima has obtained 14 hydrogen fuel cell vehicle invention patents, and obtained hydrogen fuel cell passenger vehicle production qualifications and product announcements. At the same time, Haima Motor, together with China Aerospace, China Huaneng and other upstream leading enterprises, has built a rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation and electrolysis water hydrogen production and high-voltage hydrogen refueling integrated station in Haikou.
In the future, Haima Motor will continue to cooperate deeply with Toyota Motor, and explore extensive cooperation with upstream offshore wind power, hydrogen production and hydrogen refueling, and downstream hydrogen fuel cell vehicle end-use partners to vigorously build a zero-carbon emission vehicle ecosystem in the entire industrial chain of Hainan Free Trade Port. This year, Haima Motor will also launch the second demonstration operation project with the support of the government, and strive to invest a total of 200 units to achieve full-scenario demonstration operation by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", contributing to the construction of a "hydrogen energy island", the development of a "hydrogen economy", and the establishment of a "hydrogen society" in Hainan.
