Build a "real-time twin + traffic OS" two-wheel drive base to provide complete capability support for digital operations

With the deepening of the integration trend of data and reality, the civil aviation industry is experiencing all-round industrial upgrading from information technology to digitalization and intelligence. In 2022, Tencent proposed the "real-time twin + traffic OS" two-wheel drive solution and applied it in the field of airport civil aviation. Entering 2023, Tencent has comprehensively upgraded its two-wheel drive solution. Tencent builds a base with distributed cloud, deploys the three core capabilities of real-time twins, transportation OS, and AI, and builds a computable digital base for the civil aviation industry.

The civil aviation industry has typical tidal characteristics and holiday effects, and special meteorological environments can also bring challenges to management operations. All these factors require that cloud infrastructure must have the characteristics of dynamic adjustment of computing power according to demand. The distributed cloud takes geographical location as a factor to provide users with a unified management plane for cloud resources in different locations, which is more suitable for the characteristics of civil aviation business applications, and provides a stable, efficient, flexible, and secure basic support environment for the digital transformation needs of the civil aviation industry.

There are many subjects in the civil aviation industry, long service process chain, hardware facilities and software applications are segmented, and "chimneys" are formed, which form data islands. Transportation OS is Tencent's first intelligent transportation operating system in the industry, connecting everything down, solving the unified access and management of devices, opening up to support applications and business iterations, and more efficiently meeting the needs of managers.

Take civil aviation certification system as an example, most of the certification system is an independent system, after the completion of the certification, the data also needs to be imported by the access control system, the hardware and software are their own, and do not support biometrics. After using the capabilities of the traffic OS, the manager can connect the access control machine of the access control system through the Internet of Things platform of the traffic OS, and the newly accessed access control machine can be automatically discovered to realize the identification, analysis and sharing of the equipment.

This year, Tencent signed a partnership with Shanghai Pudong Airport. With an open and component-based design concept, Tencent Transportation OS will integrate key technologies such as industrial control, the Internet, the Internet of Things and cloud computing to help Pudong Airport connect a large number of devices and systems downward, and support the rapid development and iteration of intelligent applications upward.

Tencent builds real-time twin solutions with technology accumulation in games, simulation and other fields. Tencent Real-time Twin can evaluate the traffic operation status, and adopts the micro and medium integrated simulation technology to realize the whole process services such as historical backtracking, traffic prediction, scheduling strategy generation and evaluation, and emergency guidance, which not only meets the real-time requirements, but also greatly reduces the global resource consumption.

In the tarmac digital scene, Tencent realizes the reproduction and monitoring of flight nodes in the twin scene through real-time twinning and fusion perception technology, and a series of actions from the arrival of the plane to the departure of the plane are accurately restored in the twin world.

The vehicle operating in the flight area is a high risk source that affects aircraft taxiing. Through the digital base built by Tencent, airport staff can predict the future through simulation and deduction related technologies, based on fusion perception and AI algorithms, achieve real-time monitoring, and trace back to the past, know the overall situation, and deduce optimization.

At present, Tencent and Pudong Airport have applied real-time twin, AI and other technologies in the operation guarantee, security guarantee, scheduling support and service support system. Pudong Airport and Tencent created the country's largest winding operation support node video analysis project, covering 19 support nodes of 290 airport slots, helping to ensure flight ground security and realize the efficient operation of smart airport integration and coordination. Through video AI technology, the data of 19 support nodes such as aircraft entry and departure, bridge removal, and passenger and cargo door opening of the existing 290 slots at Pudong Airport are collected, which greatly improves the data quality of the existing support nodes, so as to effectively support the airport operation function requirements such as flight auxiliary decision-making, resource allocation, prediction and early warning, and optimization control, and realize the "integration" in the Group's smart airport planning Synergy, efficient operation "goal.

The C-end access advantage provides passengers with a quality travel experience

Quality travel experience is an important source of people's happiness and sense of gain. Tencent, together with civil aviation ecological partners, integrates travel and service, humanities and business, integrates online and offline services, culture, tourism and business and other rich multi-format resources, to build a unified group membership, marketing and business system, promote the maximum synergy between various industries, and through wechat, mini programs and other products, help civil aviation enterprises to efficiently reach users and improve service Check.
