Since its birth, the email system has faced the challenge of centralized deployment and online operation from large groups with more than 50,000 users. The seniors of the project guidance insisted on coming to the post to conduct system coordination and technical guidance, while the operation and maintenance staff insisted on staying in the office to collect and solve users' problems and needs in the first time from the system launching to the trial operation support. As well as other colleagues behind the scenes of the project team, they all contributed their share to the successful launch of the project. But even so, every time I told them "hard work", they always replied "it's my job responsibility, I should do it!"
