The building height reaches 375.5 meters, with 60 floors above ground and 5 floors underground, with a total construction area of 20700 square meters. The main structure of the tower is "giant frame (concrete filled steel tube column)- steel support + eccentric support structure system", in which the maximum weight of a single piece of steel structure is 63 tons, and the total amount of steel is about 50,000 tons, which is undertaken by South Company of the Eighth Bureau of China Construction.
At present, the construction of Guangzhou Business Center project has exceeded 270 meters. After completion, Guangzhou Business Center will become a landmark tower in Pazhou, Guangzhou.
