At the same time, Indel also drafted and reviewed the industry standard for on-board refrigerators in 2021 and successfully passed it. In the past two years, the fastest-growing industry in China has been the new-energy vehicle industry. Nearly 3 million new energy vehicles will be sold in 2021 and 6 million will be sold in 2022. Today, China's new energy vehicle enterprises have achieved a leading position on the road of world automobile power, regardless of core technology, supply chain or sales volume, relying on the outlet of new energy.
With the clear goal of national carbon neutrality, it is imperative for new energy vehicles to replace traditional fuel vehicles in the future. After solving the energy problem, the fresh-keeping and health functions of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator can better adapt to the consumption upgrading needs of Chinese consumers, and the vehicle-mounted refrigerator has ushered in a strategic opportunity for rapid development. Especially in the past two years, following the high-end HiPhiX 4 coordinate with on-board refrigerator of Gaohe Automobile, Xiaopeng P5 optional on-board refrigerator, Ideal L9 standard with on-board heating and cooling box, more automobile brands have been equipped with on-board refrigerators. First of all, the new energy vehicle refrigerator has higher product requirements, such as more than 10 years of life, ultra-low silence, low energy consumption, electrification, human-computer interaction, strict use environment and a series of requirements.
Secondly, front-loaded truck loaded refrigerators have higher product consistency. For example, 50-200PPM quality requirements, anti-stay and anti-error design, MES quality traceability system and warehouse management iwms system.
Finally, new energy vehicle refrigerators require faster product iteration speed, and cooperate with automobile enterprises to achieve rapid product update and delivery.
Automotive Electric Appliances: Can you share what Inder has done to prepare for the rise of the new energy industry?
We are always committed to providing more professional car refrigerator solutions for the main engine factory, for which we have made three preparations.First of all, product leadership is an important development strategy of our company. Only by making good products can we achieve rapid improvement of the enterprise. At present, Inder has three major management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949, and has perfect Oems cooperation ability and the most advanced automated production line. Inder is one of the few suppliers that can meet all the requirements of passenger car and commercial vehicle Oems certification. At the same time, we continue to speed up the product development cycle (the average development cycle of peers is 1 year, Inder only 4-5 months), constantly improve the product standards, improve the parametric and modular modeling design.
> Secondly, in recent years, we have invested a huge amount in scientific research for the exclusive refrigerator for electric cars, and stored 187 world-leading patent technologies. It will invest 3.2% of its revenue in 2021 and 4% of its R&D budget in 2022. In September 2021, the laboratory construction planned by us will be completed, including 8 new laboratories, covering 29 test projects. At present, the laboratory has been recognized by Intertek and DEKRA, and will be certified by CNAS in 2022.Finally, we continue to improve intelligent manufacturing and expand capacity. At present, Inder has the most advanced automated production line in the industry.
