Fujifilm LTO8 data stream tape was selected in the "zero-carbon computing Power Co-construction Plan". Fujifilm has been promoting the popularization of LTO tapes, which can greatly reduce environmental load, to help reduce carbon dioxide emissions in data storage, in order to achieve "green storage". According to a white paper jointly released by Fujifilm and market research authority IDC, the flexible use of tape storage could reduce CO2 emissions by 664 million tons by 2030.
