Guangzhou, March 02, 2022 -- Tencent, Chengdu Intelligent Network Automotive Technology Development Co., LTD., and Hanlong Technology Co., LTD., an ecological cooperative enterprise, have won the bidding for the first phase of the Internet of Vehicles Pilot Zone construction project in Sichuan (Chengdu), according to the results of the public bidding.
The first phase of Sichuan (Chengdu) Vehicle Networking Pilot Area Construction Project is a key project to promote the establishment of national Vehicle networking pilot area in Chengdu, located in Longquanyi District. The construction scale includes Longquan Yi German Test Field area, Dongan New City area, Sichuan Division Chenglong Area, headquarters Economic Port and Zhichuang Active Port Industrial Park area, which will become a digitalized, networked and intelligent new area in Chengdu The breakthrough of "new city construction" in urban infrastructure construction and renovation brings new opportunities and new development for Chengdu to improve quality and efficiency, transformation and upgrading.
It is understood that the project mainly focuses on three ends, namely the vehicle end, the road end and the cloud end. It aims to get through six key elements, namely "people, vehicles, roads, clouds, pictures and networks", and create four application scenarios, namely industrial and livelihood service scenarios, driverless demonstration and application scenarios, vehicle-road collaborative demonstration and test and verification scenarios and visual display scenarios.
Among them, intelligent network precision bus is the key scene of industry and people's livelihood services; Unmanned sales, unmanned sanitation and unmanned shuttle buses constitute unmanned demonstration and application scenarios; Vehicle-road collaborative demonstration, test and verification scenarios mainly include low-cost and wide-coverage vehicle-road collaborative scenarios, intelligent rearview mirror vehicle-road collaborative scenarios and roadside infrastructure evaluation scenarios.
At the same time, centering on visual display scenes, the project will build a large intelligent network visual display screen as the command and dispatch center of the operation unit, so as to realize BI analysis, supervision and dispatch, operation and maintenance monitoring and operation management of vehicles, road facilities and application scenarios.
Car end
In the specific implementation phase of the project, a total of 10 buses need to be transformed and put on the bus terminal, 2 unaccompanied buses, 4 unaccompanied selling vehicles and 4 unaccompanied sanitation vehicles are rented and put on the bus terminal. At the same time, 300 sets of intelligent rearview mirrors are carried for the operation and promotion of special vehicles such as government vehicles, ambulances and fire trucks, operating vehicles such as taxis and express trucks, and individual vehicles such as private cars.
End of road
Regarding the infrastructure reconstruction at the road end, 180 intersections are included in the project construction, including 11 high-distribution intersections,27 medium-distribution intersections,140 low-distribution intersections and 2 true-value intersections (the specific situation shall be subject to the actual situation). In addition, Internet of vehicles public service platform, Internet of vehicles application presentation platform and Internet of vehicles application scenario support system will also be built in the cloud.
cloud
The construction of the public service platform for the Internet of Vehicles includes unified access gateway at the vehicle end and road side, high-precision map service platform, high-precision positioning service, unified cloud control platform for vehicle-road cooperation (basic cloud control platform for vehicle-road cooperation, vehicle-road collaborative evaluation tool set) and security identity authentication management service platform.
The construction of iot application presentation platform includes integrated travel service mini program, vehicle-road collaborative application APP, intelligent networked 3D visualization cabin, intelligent networked unified operation management platform, user authentication center and unified application portal. At the same time, MaaS integrated travel service system, vehicle-road collaborative computing engine system, intelligent rearview mirror management system, intelligent networked 3D reconstruction and digital twin engine system will be built to support many application scenarios of the Internet of vehicles.
Internet of Vehicles/intelligent network connectivity is an important technological path to realize the synergy of "people, vehicles, roads, clouds, maps and networks", which can effectively promote the integrated development of smart city and smart transportation. The construction of intelligent network connectivity pilot zone/demonstration zone will also play an important demonstration role and benchmark effect for industrial development.
As an Internet technology enterprise actively helping the intelligent upgrading of the transportation industry, Tencent Intelligent Transportation has deeply assisted the construction of many intelligent network pilot zones and demonstration zones, such as Xiqing in Tianjin, Changsha in Hunan, Liangjiang in Chongqing, Pingshan in Shenzhen and Xiangyang in Hubei, and has achieved rich practical results.
In the future, Tencent Smart Transportation will always adhere to the development concept of "people-oriented", be driven by digitalization, networking and intelligence, rely on an open ecology, and use digital technologies such as 5G and V2X vehicle and road collaboration to build an intelligent network open platform, systemically support the construction of a closed loop of scene value such as city management, traffic governance and travel services, and help traffic managers and transportation enterprises While improving the service capacity and achieving cost reduction and efficiency, the people's sense of participation and sense of gain will be continuously enhanced.
