As the core environmental protection technology industrialization platform of Nanjing University, relying on the strong strength and influence of Wuxi Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. in domestic semiconductor and integrated circuit industry, Jiangsu Nanda Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD., seeking a breakthrough in innovation mechanism, takes "resource conversion and energy conversion" as the entry point, and innovates and develops the integrated process and complete sets of equipment for advanced wastewater treatment with adsorption separation as the core. It has overcome industrial difficulties in the in-depth treatment of heavy metals, fluorine, phosphorus, arsenic and other characteristic pollutants in industrial wastewater, and has been jointly identified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Ecological Environment as a major environmental protection technology equipment encouraged by the state.
In the industry of integrated circuit and photovoltaic, which have attracted much attention in the market, Nanjing University Environmental Protection continues to unleash the momentum of "innovation" and accelerate the upgrading of the energy industry. In May this year, relying on the national key research and development plan "Nanotechnology" key special project "Development and Application demonstration of integrated water treatment technology based on nano composite materials", as the main body of engineering design, construction and operation, Nanjing University Environmental Protection set off strong, successfully built the advanced treatment technology demonstration of fluorine-containing industrial wastewater treatment scale of 1000 cubic meters per day.
The technology application demonstration project is located in Nanjing Co., LTD., the treatment object is the biochemical tail water discharged by Taiwan Semiconductor Engineering Co., LTD., a leading enterprise in the integrated circuit industry, and treated by Everbright Sewage Plant. The fluoride concentration can be stabilized below 1.0mg/L after in-depth treatment.
