Through this product, users can sign an online contract with the designated party under the premise of real-name authentication, and the signing process and results are fixed and stored through the blockchain technology throughout the whole process to ensure the validity of the contract.
Contracts are needed in every link from individual transactions to business management. Compared with traditional signing forms, e-signing allows users to complete legal operations such as contract signing and order confirmation anytime and anywhere by mobile phone, which improves efficiency and saves resources.
"Small receipt" to solve the C2C transaction voucher problem
With the development of mobile payment, many transaction negotiations and even contract signing activities are completed on wechat. The "Small receipt" is based on the digital certificate issued by the authoritative CA(certificate authority), combined with blockchain and other technologies. It fully complies with the provisions of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Electronic Signatures and other laws, and is an effective proof of the user's implementation of civil legal acts.
In consumer to consumer transactions such as wholesale and retail, housing rental, education and training, the "small receipt" can be used to quickly generate electronic receipts with legal force.
