The enterprise has adhered to the development of circular economy for many years, and has walked out of a model development road in improving resource conservation and comprehensive utilization.

  Pay attention to planning guidance, strengthen the goal orientation

Circular economy is a kind of sustainable economic growth pattern with efficient and circular utilization of resources as the core. Developing circular economy is of great significance to improve resource utilization efficiency, reduce environmental pollution and improve economic benefits. Since its establishment, Xintai Technology has paid more attention to the circular economy and green development, taking green factory as the main goal of the development of circular economy, and earlier established the circular economy and green factory management organization, which is responsible for the system construction, training and education, implementation, assessment and reward of the green development, and established the target responsibility system.

In terms of energy saving and consumption reduction, since 2017, Xintai Technology has organized and carried out relevant work around the green manufacturing system integration project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "Green design platform construction of new environmental protection vamp materials". Through the implementation of the project, the greening rate of manufacturing technology increased from 40.1% in 2016 to 86.55%, the greening rate of manufacturing process increased from 66.5% in 2016 to 92.86%, and the resource and environmental impact decreased from 70.9% to 46.01%.

Xintai Technology attaches particular importance to the adjustment of energy structure. The plant uses low-carbon and clean new energy, uses renewable energy instead of non-renewable energy, and introduces Colaire steam generator to replace the original gas boiler. In terms of management, various measures have been taken to monitor and manage energy consumption. The general energy equipment used has adopted energy-saving products or products with high efficiency and low energy consumption. On the process of processing, warping, weaving, dyeing, finishing and testing six processes to carry out green and energy-saving technical changes and improvements, including steam valve control, bonding machine improvement, ironing tools improvement, homemade fixture improvement ironing, ventilation tube modification and punching, dyeing mill dyeing OK after saving the tube tightening process, simplified double needle bed unwinding plate opening adjustment method, integrated forming shoe upper yarn drawing process Optimization, the improvement of comb transverse movement after the conversion of double jaka six-comb warp knitting machine to seven-comb machine and so on to carry out technical upgrading work.

  We will focus on scientific and technological innovation and promote transformation and upgrading

Xintai Technology continues to pay attention to scientific and technological innovation. In recent years, the "Xintai Warp Knitting Research Center" has been jointly established with Wuhan Textile University. The center focuses on the development of the industrial chain of Xintai, and focuses on the research on the new technology, new process, new technology and new material application, personnel training, technical teaching materials, and editing of technical journals. With Xi 'an Polytechnic University, we will jointly build the "Innovation Center for New Footwear and Apparel Products", and take the construction of intelligent workshops, intelligent testing and new textile materials as the direction of scientific research cooperation. Xintai Technology is committed to reducing the use of materials, especially harmful substances, through technology research and development. Through such projects as "Research and development of new three-dimensional upper vamp of dotted line integrated jacquard knitting" and "Research and industrialization of single-layer functional technology transformation with double needle bed and double Jaca warp knitting machine", warping and weaving technology is improved, dyeing and finishing process is improved, production costs are reduced while production efficiency is improved and resource consumption is reduced.

In recent years, Xintai has carried out a total of 8 circular economy projects, including the construction of a green design platform for new environmental protection shoe upper materials, a technical transformation project for textile shoe upper materials, an energy-saving transformation project for air conditioning in warp knitting workshop, a transformation of flying weaving assembly line, lean management, production information management system, and a cooperation project for energy conservation and circular economy, with an investment of more than 350 million yuan.

Through the development of circular economy, Xintai Technology has significantly reduced costs and increased efficiency. By the end of August 2019,COD emission has been reduced by 54.36 tons and ammonia nitrogen emission has been reduced by 15.41 tons. Cost savings of 9.4 million yuan, annual increase in sales revenue of 166 million yuan, improve labor productivity by 32%.
