Enterprises can build their own knowledge computing platforms based on Huawei cloud knowledge computing solutions, which are widely used for core processes such as R&D, production, operation, sales, and after-sales service. At present, petroleum, automobile, medical, chemical fiber, coal coking, steel, transportation and other industries application practice and made good progress.
In the automobile industry, FAW Group Co., Ltd. has built the FAW Knowledge computing platform by applying Huawei Cloud knowledge computing solution, which presents knowledge to employees in a convenient digital way based on business scenarios and rapidly improves their abilities. Based on this platform, the one-time repair rate of a 4S store of FAW increased by 4%, the customer repair waiting time decreased by 23%, the manufacturer support intervention rate decreased by 30%, and the training time of maintenance technicians was also shortened by 30%.
In the medical industry, Huawei Cloud, through cooperation with Professor Han Dali's team of Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, integrates the DNA hydroxymethyl data and the genetic knowledge map accumulated through a large number of experiments through knowledge calculation, more accurately identifies the key biomarkers in the blood, and improves the accuracy of early diagnosis by 9 percentage points. This could help in the early detection of oesophageal cancer.
In the reservoir identification scenario in the oil and gas field, Huawei cloud knowledge computing solution combines multi-source heterogeneous data, spatial geological relationships, logging sensor features and other characteristics for joint characterization. By combining the joint characterization and deep learning prediction model, the coincidence rate increases by 6%, and the one-stop knowledge map pipeline platform reduces the threshold of map construction and maintenance. This improved the efficiency of knowledge modeling and updating and reduced the time to hydrocarbon reservoir evaluation by 70%.
