On January 1, 2019, the "One Heart Plan" of China Social Welfare Foundation ushered in its first wish theme day. If the past year of 2018 is regarded as a test, then in the past year, "One Heart Plan" has written too many unforgettable, touching and wonderful words on its first answer paper with hard work and perseverance.
The "One Heart Plan" project means that one heart has one wish, and the original purpose of the project is to help poor primary schools and their poor children across the country realize their wishes. In June 2018, the "One Heart Plan" set out for the first time and entered the Yellow River Beach area, one of the concentrated and contiguously poor poverty zones in China. On this remote and barren land, the project team saw many poor primary schools with very poor infrastructure and poor children with poor basic living conditions, which was far beyond the imagination of the project team. "One heart plan" decided to land in Henan Puyang. In order to serve the recipients more accurately and efficiently and ensure the quality of the project, "One Heart Plan" has cooperated with Puyang Longxiang Social Service Center to jointly carry out the project.
From June to December 2018, the "One Heart and One Mind Program" visited one child and one school, realizing one small wish after another and igniting another fire of hope. In June 2018, I went to Ximali Central Primary School in Liyuan Township, Puyang County, to Tunzhuang Central Primary School in November, and then to Xicheng City East Street Primary School...... in December "One Heart" is down-to-earth and strives for perfection. It takes every child's wish seriously and accurately realizes the children's most sincere wish.
As of press time, the One Mind Program has directly and indirectly helped more than 600 children and three poor primary schools. Ms. Fu Tingting, the project leader, said, "Every time a wish comes true, we have to do everything from the collection, sorting and classification of the wish to the final implementation and feedback. Due diligence can be perfect! It's also a single-minded project mechanism."
What's more, the "One Heart Program" pays more attention to the mental health of the children. While helping the children realize their wishes, the project team also pays continuous attention and visits them regularly. By establishing an equal and friendly relationship with the children, they approach them and listen to them, and try to help them grow up more sunny and happy.
Childhood dreams will always become precious memories of a lifetime, we also hope that because of the realization of the wish, we can send a care and company to these children in poor areas.
In the coming year, One Heart Will help 100 poor primary schools and 10,000 poor children across the country realize their aspirations.
A heart makes a wish, a heart guard a wish. We look forward to more "Wish Lighters" joining in the "One Heart Wish Program" to help more children realize their dreams, open their new understanding of the world, and have different changes than before.
