Host: Dear friends, this is the 7th China Financial Summit. Next, we welcome Xu Hanyun, Senior Director of Strategy Development of DP Business Division of United Trade Technology. First of all, welcome to our financial Summit. We just got the news that United Commerce Technology won the 2018 Industry Influence Brand Award in this summit. Could you please share with us your company's situation and main business first?
Xu Hanyun: Thank you China Financial Summit, thank you host, we are very happy and very proud to get the "2018 Industry Influence Brand Award", United Commerce Technology has been focusing on supply chain demand forecast and planning for 8 years since its establishment. We have specialized in this field for a long time and have a large number of representative customers in retail, FMCG, home appliances, medicine and other industries. In 2012, we launched the SFS Sales Forecasting System, Asia's first supply chain demand forecasting and planning solution. This system not only won recognition from customers, but also won awards in many fields. In addition, in 2017, we took the lead in developing RollingDemand forecast cloud platform service. It can be said that these two systems actually broke the international giants. As SAP, Oracle, JDA and others monopolize the supply chain management field, it can be said that United Commerce Technology has gained a leading position in China by virtue of this.
Host: Can you give us a brief introduction of the advantages of these two products or platforms?
Xu Hanyun: First of all, let's talk about SFS, which is a sales forecasting platform for large enterprises, mainly deployed in private cloud mode, providing "demand planning solutions" based on collaborative forecasting and consensus planning, to create a big data-driven intelligent supply chain for customers. This platform is suitable for those enterprises that have relatively systematic supply chain management, and the supply chain planning department is generally responsible for the introduction, implementation and leading use. However, now in the digital era, CIO, IT and other functional departments are also responsible for leading the introduction.
What about companies that only need to do some forecasting, analysis or planning, but have not yet reached the stage of collaborative forecasting and planning for the whole enterprise? Our lightweight RollingDemand rollout prediction platform is a good fit. For example, individuals, departments, aggressive organizations, they can quickly upload the data within the enterprise to this cloud platform, it can give the predicted results in a few minutes, to help them get the report or decision needed forecast data or statements. Host: What pain points or opportunities do you see for the supply chain industry in China?
Xu Hanyun: That's a good question. I can say that the supply chain innovation and development advocated by the current supply-side reform is to provide China's supply chain industry with a transformational opportunity. As we all know, excess and inefficient production capacity has hampered our development. Now it is no longer possible to simply use production or products to drive demand, which will cause a huge impact on the supply chain. The supply chain must change synchronously, that is, from production to demand, and enterprises also need to improve the ability of production, manufacturing and marketing to improve the overall supply chain management.
United TEC realized this many years ago, this is what the country now calls supply-side reform. Supply-side reform means that our enterprises should first drive from consumers and demand side, know what consumers need, and then decide what to produce and provide. Xu Hanyuan: United Commerce Technology believes that it is not enough for an enterprise to use the past data to make its decision. It also needs the future data. What does future data mean? This is the concept of United Commerce Technology. We believe that the use of big data, including internal data and external data, to roll forecast and analysis can obtain future forecast data, and then use these future data to guide and assist enterprises to make decisions and plan, which is a relatively advanced approach at present.
Our system is actually a continuous rolling system to generate future data, that is, using cloud, big data, artificial intelligence and scientific prediction model, combining the characteristics of industrial enterprises, creatively starting from the internal data of enterprises, integrating the external data of the market, and mining the value of "future data" through the interaction of constant rolling prediction and data analysis.
