From April 22 to 24, the first Digital China Construction Summit was held in Fuzhou. At the same time, the Summit held the "Annual Best Practice Promotion of Digital China Construction" activity. Zhuhai City's "New Platform for Decision-making and Collaborative Support" stood out from 147 declaration results of initial review of compliance, and won the "Annual National 30 Best Cases of Digital China Construction Best Practice Project Award", and held an exhibition at the summit to promote the whole country. As the main contractor of the first phase of "New Platform for Decision-making and Collaborative Support" in Zhuhai City, ZTE Soft Creation implements centralized deployment of common applications based on the Internet platform and productization thinking, and provides the department with four categories of basic data such as population, legal person, map and credit, as well as general tool services such as data collection, analysis, information exchange and chart generation.
Sponsored by the Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Development and Reform Commission, and reviewed by members of the National e-Government Expert Committee, the selection event aims to showcase the achievements of digital China construction since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, and play a typical and exemplary role of outstanding practice cases. Zhuhai, as the only prefecture-level city in China to win this award, marks that Zhuhai is taking the lead in the construction of digital government in the country, and also highlights the leading level and excellent strength of ZTE Soft Innovation in the field of government big data.
"New Platform for Decision-making and Collaborative Support" is a public platform for all departments in Zhuhai, which was put into operation at the end of September 2017. At present, "One Map" of Zhuhai has been built, providing data collection and fusion, nine cities theme library, data mining and visualization and other functions. In a short period of time, 80% of the municipal government has been integrated into the platform, which has helped Zhuhai enter a new stage of data self-development and business self-improvement.
