In the morning of November 17, 2017, supported by Guangdong Intellectual Property Office, sponsored by Guangdong Intellectual Property Research Institute, Guangzhou Science and Technology Service Association, Guangzhou Bioengineering Center hosted "Guangdong Province Biohealth field Innovation methods and patent strategy analysis" special training meeting was held in Guangzhou Bioengineering Center. Yang Jie, Associate Professor of Guangdong University of Technology, Xiao Gaokeng, General manager of Guangzhou Molinger Information Technology Co., LTD., and Wei Dajiao, Vice Minister of Science and Technology Finance Department of Guangzhou Productivity Promotion Center, were invited as keynote speakers. More than 70 people from enterprises and institutions in the field of biological health, universities, scientific research institutes and intellectual property service institutions in Guangzhou participated in the training.
At the meeting, Associate Professor Yang Jie gave a speech titled "Product System Innovation Method and patent Strategy", systematically introduced the innovation method (TRIZ theory) in the field of biological health innovation, and gave a vivid and interesting lecture. Dr. Xiao Gaokeng made a speech titled "Typical Patent Claims of chemical compounds". Combining with practical cases, he mainly introduced how to avoid existing patents in drug design and enhance patent protection for enterprises. Vice Minister Wei Dajiao made a speech with the theme of "Introduction of green Financing and policy Support for science and technology enterprises in Guangzhou", focusing on the interpretation of a series of intellectual property preferential policies issued by the Guangzhou municipal government in recent years, provincial and municipal science and technology financial policies and enterprise science and technology business declaration.

Through this training, participants have a deeper understanding of the enterprise's ability to improve innovation and research and development, clear innovation path, avoid intellectual property risks, improve intellectual property planning and layout ability, and master more practical skills of intellectual property management and operation, which lays a solid foundation for further strengthening the enterprise's intellectual property strategic thinking and improving the enterprise's core competitiveness.
