On November 29, the 2nd Guangdong e-Government and New Smart City Development Conference and Guangdong E-Government Annual Conference was held in Guangzhou, hosted by the Guangdong E-Government Association. At the meeting, the case of "Smart Zhuhai Integrated Service Platform" built by ZTE Soft Innovation won the "2017 e-Government Innovation Application in Guangdong Province" award, becoming one of the only two award cases in Zhuhai. This is this year, after Chongqing Yubei big data integrated service cloud case won, ZTE soft innovation big data program won another heavyweight award, highlighting the outstanding strength in the field of government big data.
Since 2012, when Zhuhai was included in the national smart City pilot construction city, it has put forward the goal of "building into a first-class smart city in China within three years". As the first batch of construction projects of Zhuhai Smart City and an important comprehensive basic platform, "Smart Zhuhai Integrated Service Platform" undertakes the important task of opening up the city's data industrial chain and improving the city's operation and management level. After 5 months of implementation and construction, the project was launched smoothly on June 19, 2017, realizing the construction of "Smart Zhuhai" data integration, utilization and analysis service system quickly and efficiently, and the delivery quality was highly affirmed and recognized by Zhuhai Information Technology Office.
The basic framework of "Smart Zhuhai Integrated Service Platform" built by ZTE Softron has completed the collection, sharing, analysis and mining of government data, realized the management services of city theme data and Zhuhai "One map", and improved the ability of Zhuhai city geographic information sharing and city comprehensive analysis and decision-making.
Relying on the existing government information resource exchange and sharing platform and business system of Zhuhai City, ZTE Soft Innovation uses big data technology and analysis model to build a "comprehensive analysis and application system" to realize data collection, ETL processing, integration, analysis, utilization and release, and fully display the city's running state. At the same time, the establishment of 9 subject databases and data opening systems in big cities, such as population, legal person, place name and address, infrastructure, ecological environment, public security, public service and macro economy, has promoted the entrepreneurship and innovation of big data industry in Zhuhai.
At present, the platform has become the hub center of data processing and data services in Zhuhai City, providing data and analysis support for city management and public services, providing high-quality and personalized basic information services for the government, enterprises and the public, promoting scientific government governance and universal livelihood services. By virtue of the intensive construction and scientific management and operation, "Smart Zhuhai Integrated Service Platform" helped Zhuhai win the "2017 China Leading Smart City Award" at the 19th China High-tech Fair held on November 18.
