In his opening speech, Mr. Zhao Gaoxiang, Deputy Governor of Jinshui District, said: "Jinshui District of Zhengzhou has rich scientific and educational resources, strong innovation ability and solid industrial foundation. This PNP's placing Zhengzhou Station of cross-border Summit in Jinshui is not only a recognition of our innovation and entrepreneurship environment, but also a support for our entrepreneurship and mass innovation cause."

Prior to the Zhengzhou Station of the Cross-border Summit, 15 cross-border projects have arrived in Zhengzhou in advance to visit landmarks such as Sias International College of Zhengzhou University and Jinshui District of Zhengzhou. Renato, the founder of Bouxtie, said: "The whole complex is amazing!" Joseph, co-founder of YouStake, added, "What's amazing about Sias is not just how big it looks, but how much attention it pays to the details of students' lives and how much they nurture a sense of innovation and entrepreneurship."

Just as Dr. Chen Xiaochun, global co-founder of Plug and Play, said in his speech at the summit, "The ancients who win the Central Plain win the world. Plug and Play has been continuously injecting innovative vitality into local governments and leading enterprises for a long time, and cross-border travel is one of our star innovative products." This cross-border project is selected from thousands of projects in PNP's global project library. Their technologies and products can not only directly bring economic benefits to Zhengzhou, but also indirectly stimulate the improvement of local creativity and inject more vitality into the rise of Central China."

Ms. Gu Yisi, executive director of Plug and Play China and a start-up mentor for the cross-border tour, advised 15 startup programs, "When overseas startups come to China, they need to pay attention to the fact that China's development may be much faster than the outside world thinks. Technically, we are not bound by the traditional system, so we may leapfrog the traditional technical steps and walk in the forefront of the world. At this time, as an international start-up project, we need a platform to understand China, so that we can seize the opportunity to connect with China's resources."

Mr. Xu Jieping, Managing partner of Plug and Play China, said, "The most important thing PNP does is to connect people to people. To study people, it is inevitable to study culture, to study Chinese culture, it is inevitable to return to Zhengzhou, to explore the origin of Chinese culture. The focus of PNP changed from the initial incubation to the acceleration of the last stage, and now we are committed to building an innovation ecosystem, and Zhengzhou is an important link in our ecological chain."

At the event, 15 cross-border projects brought well-prepared road shows, some of which specially prepared Chinese opening remarks for the China trip. Their humorous speech style, excellent team background and cutting-edge industry technology attracted the attention of investors and media guests. At the end of the road show, local investors had in-depth discussions with the cross-border projects. Tim Sentiance, founder of Sentiance, is very interested in the development of smart cities in China: "We have mature smart hardware systems. The development of smart cities and mobility in PNP China is in line with our strategy for the future of the company, and we look forward to more surprises during the upcoming cross-border summit."

Next, the PNP cross-border team will continue to Chengdu, the western financial capital, to stir the heat wave of smart innovation between China and the US.
