On October 28, 2017 China Housing Parts Industry Annual Conference and the 10th anniversary celebration of China Decoration Association Kitchen and Bathroom Engineering Committee was held in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province. In July this year, CCA Kitchen and Sanitary Engineering Committee was officially renamed as CCA Housing Parts Industry Branch, and the annual meeting of CCA Kitchen and Sanitary Engineering Committee was also upgraded to China Housing Parts Industry Annual Meeting.
At the president handover ceremony, Jia Feng took over the heavy seal of the president from the previous president and officially took over the post of the next president. As the first president of the Housing Parts Industry Branch of CCA after it was officially renamed by the Kitchen and Sanitary Engineering Committee of CCA, Jia Feng said that he had great responsibility. Jia Feng said in the following speech of the new president that next year, the branch will actively unite and expand the resources of other high-quality parts enterprises besides kitchen and bathroom space, expand the number of effective members, constantly improve the coverage and representativeness of the members of the industry, to build a good foundation for building a strong housing parts industry system network.
With the rising tide of consumption upgrading, the trend of household quality consumption is becoming more and more obvious. To this end, Jia Feng said that next year, the branch will be based on the industry level, and actively explore the integrated development of household products. "The branch will follow the trend of consumption and promote the transition from single building materials to integrated parts. On the one hand, we will continue to lead or participate in the compilation of relevant standards for the design, construction and acceptance of housing parts. At the same time, we will give full play to the intellectual support advantages of the think tank, and judge the development trend of the industry by carrying out multi-level research on the industry, enterprises and consumption, so as to help enterprises gain insight into consumer behavior and provide data support and suggestions for corporate decision-making."
At the same time, Jia Feng also said: "In the future, the branch will build a full-decoration consulting service platform, to help the development and application of full-decoration accessories and prefabricated interior parts." The supply process of the whole industrial chain and the business model of the enterprise will change.
