Later I got home after a serious thought, it is really I am wrong, can not look at the front of the wall also open. But I'm wrong if the coach isn't paying attention. I am obviously a novice, a lot of things do not understand, you this is good, smoke directly don't look at me.
Does a rookie deserve to be scolded?
In July 2016, I joined a new company. As a "newbie", I was happy to help "old people" in whatever way I could. I didn't feel bullied or anything like that.
Our group will have a summing-up meeting after work every day, which lasts for two hours or one hour. The reason is that the boss of our group is always in a meeting, more than one hour after work, their meeting has not finished, so we all have to wait for the boss. In April 2017, I got my driver's license, drove my "little steel gun" to and from work, and didn't do the seven-page powerpoint meeting notes anymore because I was at a different company.
Along the way, we are all "novices" at all stages of life. The first time to see the world, the first time to speak, the first time to go to school, the first time to be criticized, the first time to work... Every first time, we are new to it.
