Is a rookie supposed to be wronged and bullied

In March 2016, I touched a car for the first time in my life. The heart is self-evident, touch the steering wheel are trembling.

At the training ground, the coach was driving and I was sitting in the passenger seat, while the old man was talking to me about the moves. I thought to myself, this is not too difficult.

After two laps, the instructor and I switched places and I was going to drive!

Adjust the seat, fasten the seat belt, release the handbrake, clutch step in the end, hang a first gear, slowly lift the clutch, my car is moving forward!

Just as I was about to "gallop", the car suddenly stalled!

"It's no use talking to you for a long time, slow clutch, slow clutch, just don't listen!"

After two or three flameouts, I was finally able to drive it. I'm getting a little sleepy just riding around the training ground in first gear, round and round.

The coach saw my drowsiness and shouted at me around the corner, don't turn the wheel and drive straight forward!

So I do according to his meaning, at this time he took out a box of cigarettes, asked me to smoke, I said no, so he covered his hand to light cigarettes, just finished smoking, he slammed on the brakes: "Is not crazy, directly against the wall ah!"

The car a twitch, I was scared, plus the coach shouted, I have a little meng forced, the brain a blank. ,

"This novice really can't make, I let you go forward you hit the wall ah, you this is for me to die ah, that also don't pull me when the back!"

Later I got home after a serious thought, it is really I am wrong, can not look at the front of the wall also open. But I'm wrong if the coach isn't paying attention. I am obviously a novice, a lot of things do not understand, you this is good, smoke directly don't look at me.

Does a rookie deserve to be scolded?

In July 2016, I joined a new company. As a "newbie", I was happy to help "old people" in whatever way I could. I didn't feel bullied or anything like that.

Our group will have a summing-up meeting after work every day, which lasts for two hours or one hour. The reason is that the boss of our group is always in a meeting, more than one hour after work, their meeting has not finished, so we all have to wait for the boss. As a "novice", I naturally stood with everyone, etc.

However, at the first meeting, the boss said that he would give me the minutes to write and send the summary to him after the meeting every day.

For ten minutes or so, I certainly didn't feel bullied, but it was good exercise.

Until I heard the following conversation in the bathroom:

"The new kid on the block doesn't get it. Minutes aren't that easy."

"That's right. Just type a few words. He must have thought so."

"7 PPT pages with the same style, not using the same theme style each time, but with a sense of design, no less than three elements, I'm bored to death listening to it"

"I bet he makes it to 12 on the first day."

"Love what time it is, none of my business, who let us not novice!"

I heard suddenly fire three Zhangs, it is really bully novice ah!

Sure enough, the boss of the evening sent me a request for meeting minutes, and I, a "novice", was busy until 12 o 'clock.

In April 2017, I got my driver's license, drove my "little steel gun" to and from work, and didn't do the seven-page powerpoint meeting notes anymore because I was at a different company.

Along the way, we are all "novices" at all stages of life. The first time to see the world, the first time to speak, the first time to go to school, the first time to be criticized, the first time to work... Every first time, we are new to it.

But not every "newbie" is a bad memory. We have good memories too. For example, if you sign up for the Cloud Money Bag, you can enjoy a 9.6% annualized return, as well as a 668 yuan red envelope. Isn't that a beautiful thing?
