In this regard, Li Qi said that in such an ecosystem, enterprises need to establish a rebalancing of supply chain and value chain. Many enterprises talk about sourcing from future manufacturers, but if there is no large-scale factory, will they be able to provide high-quality procurement? No, so you can't have a quality supply chain without scale.

"Everyone wants the F2B model in the future," Li said. "We need to see if the factory is willing to do it. In the past, manufacturers are hierarchical, through joining agents to expand channels, are dependent on agent service providers for consumer service, but in the future manufacturers also want to directly control the terminal, there has been a pattern of upstream manufacturers gradually control retailers, direct information flow to retailers, and the intermediary agents become a capital and service platform. In Li Qi's opinion, the future manufacturers will take two routes, the first is still the chain type, serial-connected mode, the other is flat, direct control terminal, this is the future supply chain model of manufacturers, and now we need more is a buyer ability, an open supply chain platform!

"We want to be a product buyer," Li said. As we all know, the current service provider pain point is products and services, our first platform to do product integration, do buyers. The second platform is service. We have set up another Ant-Anju supply chain service enterprise. As long as the products provided by Huanai supply chain system, we are responsible for providing these products to the home.

At the same time, in 2016, Huanai has reached strategic cooperation with seven custom manufacturers. In the future, Huanai will develop into a customized supply chain. "In the future, it will be a supply chain service platform with integrated products such as porcelain ware, customization and home furnishing." Li Qi hopes that everyone will have a new understanding of Huannai Home Furnishing.

At the end of his speech, Li Qi said, "If a home improvement company wants to shift to aggregation, there should be an aggregation platform of products that can adhere to the same quality standards in all regions; At the same time, there will also be a service platform. The third-party service platform of national aggregation also has the same delivery standard in each region. In this way, we will solve the pain points of home decoration: dispersion, standardization and uncertainty, so that it becomes the convergence and standard, so that customers have certainty."
