Exhibition application method
Exhibitors fill in (exhibition application form) carefully, be signed and sealed by the person in charge of the exhibitor, then send or fax to the organizer.
After confirmation by the organizer, the exhibitor shall remit the exhibition fee to the bank designated by the organizer in accordance with the regulations.
After receiving the exhibition fee, the organizer will allocate the booth according to the principle, send (exhibition details) and notify the relevant arrangement.

Fee payment rules
The exhibitors shall pay 50% deposit within 3 days from the date of booking the booth.
If the exhibitor does not pay the deposit within 3 days, the organizer will not keep its reserved booth.
If the exhibitor after March 1, the exhibitor fee must be paid in full.
