◆ Standard booth

The organizing committee will provide the booth to the exhibitors after standard decoration. Every 9 square meters of standard booth includes: Chinese and English lintel, coaming, carpet, one table, two seats, a 5 amp /220 volt power outlet, two fluorescent lights.

◆ Special booth

The Organizing committee is only responsible for providing a clean exhibition space, and is not responsible for providing exhibition racks, carpets and other related facilities. Exhibitors are responsible for the decoration and construction of booths by themselves. If you need to provide the relevant facilities, please contact the exhibition organizing committee in advance, the relevant facilities and services will be charged.

Exhibition requirements

Having the status of an independent legal person;

It has a registered trademark, business model and proprietary technology that it has the right to license others to use;

Owning two or more directly operated stores;

With a complete operation manual, no false content of the franchise publicity manual and contract text;

Have the ability to provide long-term business guidance, training and supervision services to the franchisee;

With stable, reliable quality delivery system.

Exhibition procedure

Fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and mail, fax or E-mail to the organizer;

For enterprises applying for exhibition for the first time, please provide the copy of enterprise profile and business license to the organizer.

After examination, the organizer will confirm the applicant's participation qualification in written form and issue the Participation Contract to the exhibitor;

The exhibitors shall pay the exhibition fees according to the requirements of the Exhibition Contract;

The organization unit shall issue an invoice after receiving the booth fee. Send Exhibitor Manual to exhibitors 3 weeks before the exhibition to help exhibitors complete the exhibition activities conveniently and efficiently.
