The 11th China (Shenzhen) International Financial Expo 2017, with the theme of "Cross-border integration of all industries to Win the World", will be held in Hall 1, Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from November 5 to November 7, 2017. The 10th Shenzhen Gold Expo covers an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters. Nearly 300 banks, securities, insurance, Internet finance, funds, investment and financing institutions came to participate in the expo. 100,000 visitors visited the expo. The financial industry is one of the pillar industries in Shenzhen. In 2015, the added value of the financial industry in Shenzhen reached about 260 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of about 15%, accounting for about 14.5% of the city's GDP in the same period, again reaching a record high. Core indicators such as the added value of the financial sector, total assets of the financial sector, the balance of deposits in local and foreign currencies and loans of financial institutions continued to rank third among large and medium-sized cities in China.
