A. Fill in the Application Form, stamp it with official seal, and mail it to the Organizing committee by mail or fax; Exhibitors should pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit within 3 working days according to the requirements of the payment notice to ensure the booth location. The balance of the booth fee shall be paid one month before the exhibition. Otherwise, the organizer will regard it as giving up the exhibition. If the exhibitors withdraw from the exhibition midway after registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.

B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitors; The manual includes information about exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangement, goods rental and so on. Exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.

C. Booth sequence allocation principle: "First application, first remittance, first arrangement". Only after receiving the deposit of booth fee can the organizer implement the booth booked by the exhibitor.
