In 2016, in response to the 13th Five-Year Plan on promoting the healthy development of the cultural industry, actively carrying out foreign cultural exchanges and other related policies, as a city at the forefront of reform and opening up, Shenzhen's culture and art industry is also making progress in exploration. Art (International) Investment Elite Club (hereinafter referred to as: AIC) and Shenzhen City Art Fair Organizing Committee office, held the second "My favorite artists, art institutions" online selection activity, the number of votes reached 620,000, has achieved a very good publicity effect.
In 2017, Art (International) Investment Elite Club (AIC) will once again cooperate with the Organizing committee office of Shenzhen City Art Fair to hold the "3rd My Favorite Artist" online selection activity at the same time of the 5th Shenzhen City Art Fair. Artists at home and abroad, galleries, art institutions, art colleges and universities are open to apply for the selection.
We will conduct a comprehensive publicity campaign for the shortlisted arts organisations and artists. At the same time, we will also have the opportunity to participate in the AIC international tour exhibition (Hong Kong station, the United States station, South Korea station, Thailand station, Taiwan station). I. Principles of Selection:
1. Realize the principle of fairness, justice and openness

1. Participating works: Chinese and Western painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, installation art, intangible cultural heritage

2.1 Requirements for individual participation: members of provincial Art Association or above, teachers and students of major art institutes
2.2 Requirements for Participating institutions: Art institutions that have provided business licenses and operated for more than 1 year

1. Way of participation: Telephone and Internet are used for registration and evaluation

2.1 Artist registration: Personal profile +1 photo of life +3 pictures of works
2.2 Registration of art institutions: introduction of institutions + pictures of institutions + introduction of recommended artists +2 pictures of evaluated works
2.3 The number of words of artists and art institutions should be less than 50 words. The size of the picture should be 68X136cm(banner) or square picture. The picture should be clear

Vi. Rules and Hosting Rights
1. This activity will be conducted by online voting, with the deadline voting as the final award criteria;
2. The organizing committee of this activity will select no more than 100 suitable participants from a large number of registered artists and art institutions. After the final qualification, the organizing committee will publish the information of the participating artists and art institutions to the selection system;
3. Malicious vote brushing is strictly prohibited. Once found, the organizer has the right to cancel the qualification for participating in the selection;
4. The award qualification shall not be transferred to any third party. The Organizing committee shall take the evaluation materials as the standard, otherwise it will be deemed as a waiver.
5. The submitted materials shall be authentic and valid. In case of any legal dispute or liability, the submitted materials shall be held fully responsible, and the organizer shall have the right to cancel the qualification of the submitted materials;
6. The organizer has the right to exhibit, research, photograph, video, publish and publicize the submitted works;
7. All submissions shall be deemed to have confirmed and complied with the provisions of the call for Papers;
