Exhibition instructions
1. All exhibitors shall remit 30% of the exhibition fee (as the booth deposit) to the account designated by the Organizing committee within 7 working days after registration. The exhibition will not retain the booth or service items after the deadline. The balance shall be fully paid before April 12, 2017. Overdue payment will be deemed as automatic waiver of booth. Cancellation of enterprise exhibition booth, advance deposit is not refundable.
2. The exhibitors confirm that they have read and understood the invitation letter and have a detailed understanding of the exhibition situation, agree to abide by the regulations of the Conference, and agree with the organizer's right to adjust the exhibition title, holding time, exhibition content, exhibition space division, setting up special exhibition and holding other exhibitions at the same site.
3. The exhibitors guarantee to pay the exhibition fees on time (the exhibition will not reserve the booth or service matters after the deadline), guarantee that no fake and shoddy products will be displayed during the exhibition period, the declared exhibits are consistent with the actual exhibits, there is no violation of intellectual property rights, no unauthorized reselling of the booth or sharing with others, guarantee to abide by the relevant safety and fire regulations, obey the unified arrangement of the conference, if any of these regulations are violated, The Organizing Committee has the right to clear its exhibits, and its booth fee is not refundable.
4. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition, the deposit will not be returned; In addition to the fees listed in this application form, other expenses (such as exhibition equipment, water, electricity, gas rental, bare booth construction and exhibit transportation, lifting, travel expenses, etc.) shall be borne by the exhibitor.
