President Qu: Henan is the largest province in population and agriculture, and the catering industry plays an important role in the province's economy. There are more than 400,000 catering enterprises in the province, employing nearly 50 million people. In 2015, the total marketing amount reached 205 billion yuan, ranking the fourth in the country, and accounting for one sixth of the total retail sales of consumer goods in Henan Province, making important contributions to driving the development of related industries. Therefore, the catering market in Henan has a huge market demand for various kinds of food materials, which also promotes the continuous innovation of food material products. These new categories also provide important support for the innovation and development of the catering industry.
