■ Booth fee and arrangement: This exhibition provides two forms of standard booth and empty space, for exhibitors to choose according to their needs.

■ Cost of standard booth: including exhibition space, 2.5m high wall panel, lintel plate making, 9 square meters carpet, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 10A/220V single-phase socket and two spot lights.

■ Empty space without any display rack and facilities, exhibitors arrange special decoration work or entrust the organization unit recommended construction company.

[Exhibition Procedure]

■ Exhibitors fill in the Exhibition Contract Form with official seal, and mail or fax it to the Organizing committee;

■ After registration, exhibitors must remit the relevant fees to the account designated by the Organizing Committee within 5 working days;

■ Booth arrangement is based on the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement". The organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths;

■ Exhibit transportation, exhibition reception, accommodation and other matters will be separately sent three months before the exhibition;
