"Precautions"

1. Exhibitors should have the "Business License" and legal approval documents within the valid period of production and operation.

2. After selecting the booth, please fill in the Exhibition Application and Contract Form carefully, stamp the official seal and fax or mail it to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee. After receiving the Exhibition Application and Contract Form, the Secretariat will issue the Booth Confirmation to the exhibitor.

3. Within 3 days after receiving the Booth Confirmation, the exhibitor shall remit the exhibition fee to the bank account designated by the Organizing Committee. If the payment is not made after the expiry date, the Organizing Committee has the right to change the original booth or cancel the exhibition qualification.

4. The Organizing committee adheres to the principle of first application, first payment and first confirmation.

5. The Organizing committee has the right to adjust some confirmed booths according to the overall effect of the venue and the needs of fire safety
