Note: 1. The above fees only include general lighting fee, security fee, exhibition promotion and advertising fee;

2. Special installation booth shall pay site construction special installation management fee and cleaning deposit;

3. Power, electricity and other non-standard configurations of the booth need to be rented separately;

4. The standard booth includes one fascia board with the Chinese name of the exhibitor, three sides of the coaming board, one table and two chairs, two spotlights and one power socket (5A,220V);

5. Open space: indoor open space without supporting facilities, without any display equipment, power supply, exhibitors own design;

6. All booths are free of lifting, handling, electricity, accommodation and other expenses

5. Exhibition Procedures

1. Please fill in the Exhibition Contract with official seal and send or fax it to the Organizing Committee, and remit 50% of the exhibition fee to the account designated by the Organizing Committee within 3 working days, and fax the bank remittance slip to the Organizing Committee to confirm the exhibition, and pay off the balance on March 20, 2016. The deposit will not be refundable if there are cancellations without the organizing committee's reason.

2. Booth arrangement: According to the principle of "first registration, first payment and first arrangement", the Organizing committee reserves the right of final transfer of a few booths.

3. Conference Arrangement: The Organizing Committee will send or fax the Exhibitor Manual (related to exhibit transportation, accommodation and time arrangement) to the exhibitor 15 days before the conference.

4. Conference Journal: The exhibition guide is rich in content. Besides being widely sent during the conference, it is also sent to domestic and foreign enterprises through various relevant channels.
