The Global Procurement (China Wuhan) Forum, co-sponsored by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, Hubei Provincial People's Government and Wuhan Municipal People's Government, has been held in Wuhan for five consecutive years. "2015 Global Public Procurement (Wuhan, China) Forum and 2015 Hubei Educational Equipment Exhibi-tion-Hubei Preschool Education Summit" scheduled to be held in Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 12-14, 2015 will be the hot spot of this year's forum and exhibition. In order to further implement the "Several Opinions of The State Council on the Current Development of Preschool Education" and the Ministry of Education "2014-2016 Implementation of the second phase of the three-year Action Plan for Preschool Education", in order to show the ability of independent innovation, to promote new educational technology and intelligent educational products, the exhibition will open a special exhibition area of educational equipment this year. Exhibition registration procedure

1. Applicants should fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with official seal, then mail, email or fax it to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee;

2. After we receive the "Application form", we will review and screen the applicant enterprises, and send the "Exhibition Registration Procedures Instructions" to the qualified enterprises; After you remit the money to the designated account, fax us a copy of the remittance voucher issued by the bank;

3. After receiving the exhibition fee, we will provide you with a copy of the Exhibition Confirmation;

4. Before October 1, 2015, we will provide you with exhibition materials such as "Exhibitor Manual";

5. When submitting the "Exhibition Application Form", please send samples or instructions of exhibits for the purpose of dividing exhibition areas and carrying out pre-exhibition publicity;

6. Please note that if you cancel the exhibition, the fee you paid will not be refunded;

7. Booth allocation follows the principle of "first application, first payment, first allocation". Under special circumstances, the Organizing committee reserves the right to adjust some booths;

8. In case of force majeure, the Organizing Committee shall have the right to cancel or change the exhibition time according to law, and the right of interpretation shall be reserved by the Organizing Committee.

Exhibition application requirements:

Exhibitors must have the business license of the industrial and Commercial Bureau, exhibitors and products must be identified by the competent national authorities, and obtain an identification certificate, with a certificate of qualification and market access, to ensure quality and after-sales service.
