Vi. Scope of Exhibition:
(I) E-commerce Exhibition Area:
1. Excellent e-commerce exhibition areas: e-commerce parks, well-known e-commerce platforms, e-commerce enterprises, e-commerce associations (business), etc.;
2. Exhibition area for e-commerce service providers: training, art, photography, agent operation, banking, third-party warehousing, express logistics, etc.;
3. E-commerce Finance Exhibition area: Internet finance, banks, small loans, securities, insurance companies, etc.
(II) Logistics Exhibition Area:
1. Excellent logistics exhibition area: logistics park, logistics platform, logistics enterprises (including express logistics enterprises), etc.;
2. Logistics Service Exhibition area: logistics real estate publicity service, logistics financial cooperation and docking, logistics service and outsourcing, warehousing and workshop logistics equipment, automatic sorting equipment, internal logistics system and software, etc.
Vii. Booth Fee: (Booth free)
1. Standard booth: 3 m x3 m (fascia board, three sides coaming board, one negotiation table, two chairs).
2. Special booth: 6mx6m, 9mx6m, 12mx6m(provide booth area, exhibitors decorate the booth by themselves).
Viii. Exhibition Procedures:
1. Exhibitors should fill in the Exhibition Contract in detail, be signed and sealed by the person in charge, prepare the necessary enterprise information, and send it to the Organizing committee by email, mail or fax.
2. After signing the exhibition contract, the deposit shall be remitted by the bank to the account designated by the Organizing Committee within seven days, otherwise the booth will not be reserved.
3. After receiving the deposit, the Organizing Committee shall issue the Notice of Participation. Note: The Organizing committee will arrange the exhibition strictly in accordance with the principle of "deposit first, booth first".
Ix. Exhibition Instructions:
The expo park, the platform procedures are complete, exhibitors must be regular enterprises in the industry, the required products must be high-quality qualified products.
X. Registration Requirements:
The administrative committee of each county and district mall and the competent department of commerce shall organize e-commerce enterprises to participate in the exhibition. E-commerce and logistics related companies shall actively apply for participation and fill in the exhibition contract in detail. The detailed information of the company in the exhibition contract will be summarized and compiled in the exhibition journal and issued as exhibition materials.
