Mr. Dong Baohua is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of East China University of Political Science and Law. Vice President of Social Law Society of China Law Society, Vice President of China Labor Law Society, standing director of China Labor Society, Labor Law major of Shanghai Labor Society Chairman of the Committee, Chairman of the Labor Law Research Institute of Shanghai Law Society, Vice President of Shanghai Labor and Social Security Society, lawyer of Shanghai Baohua Law Firm, Director of Labor Legal Service Center of East China University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Dong Baohua has participated in the argumentation and drafting of laws and regulations such as the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of Shanghai on Labor Contracts. He was the main representative of the Southern view in the great debate on labor contract law. At the same time, Mr. Dong Baohua also presided over or participated in dozens of research projects of the Ministry of Justice or the relevant departments of Shanghai and won many awards. Participated in the hosting and implementation of more than 10 kinds of international projects in the United States, the Netherlands, Canada, etc. He was selected as the leading Labor Law Lawyer in Asia in 2012 and 2014 by Chambers Professional Review.
