On March 27 and 28, 2014, the "Earth Hour" environmental protection activity of Citic Square hosted by Baike Guangzhou, an environmental cycling organization, was successfully held in the atrium of Zhongtian Shopping City of Citic Square. In response to the "Earth Hour" global environmental protection activity, Guangdong Bicycle Show came to the event site at the invitation of the organizer to interact with the citizens. At the event site, the organizing committee of Guangdong Bicycle Show made a detailed introduction to the upcoming China (Guangdong) Bicycle Show, which will be held on August 15-17 at the China Import and Export Fair Pavilion (Canton Fair Pavilion), and invited the general public to visit. In addition, the "wechat Sweep" activity was also used to promote environmental protection and low-carbon life to arouse people's environmental awareness, and hundreds of citizens were attracted to take out their mobile phones to respond to the activity. Meanwhile, the Guangdong Bike Show also distributed hundreds of outdoor equipment to citizens who took actions to support environmental protection.
The organizers also added fun cycling games, ukulele unplugged concert and fancy bike show to welcome Earth Hour in different ways. At the end of the event, an unusual cycling team relay challenge was held to promote a zero-emission, low-carbon travel lifestyle. From this event, Guangdong Bike Show and the organizers not only expressed their participation in and support for the earth's environmental protection with actions, but also further promoted people's awareness of environmental protection, committed to making the blue sky and creating a green and low-carbon beautiful life together with everyone. In the future, we will continue to be the pioneers of environmental protection, actively practice our social responsibilities, and contribute our share to a better tomorrow for the earth.
